Return Policy
We are committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a hair dryer, Curler Iron,multi-function styler or hair straightener, please follow the return policy :
I. Return conditions
Return Period: Product must be returned within 7-15 days of receipt of purchase.
Condition Requirements: The product must be unused, undamaged, and retain the original packaging and all accessories, manuals and does not affect secondary sales.
Proof of Purchase: Valid proof of purchase, such as invoice or order confirmation email, is required for return.
(Note: Returns will not be given for non-product reasons, or for human damage.)
II.The Return Process
Request for Return: Please contact a sales representative to submit a return request online via email or customer service hotline, stating the order number and reason for return.
Confirm Return: Once your return request is approved, we will confirm the return information by email and provide the return address.
Ship the product back: Follow the instructions in the confirmation email to properly pack and ship the product to the specified address. We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking.
Refund Processing: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will conduct an inspection to ensure that the product is eligible for return. If eligible, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
III. Refund Policy
Refund amount is the actual price paid for the product, shipping cost will not be refunded unless due to quality issue or wrong shipment.
For unopened but unused products that qualify for a refund, we will charge a processing fee.
IV. Exceptions
Personalized products: If a personalized product is purchased, it is usually non-returnable unless there is a serious quality problem with the product.
Damaged or out of specification products: If a product is damaged in transit or does not meet the specifications purchased, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the product for processing.
(Note: the use of our logistics, to confirm the person responsible for the accident, our logistics and transportation responsibility, then the two sides negotiated to deal with the return of goods
