Principle of hair dryer:

Electric hair dryers rely directly on an electric motor to drive a rotor that spins a blade (Note: The current market is divided

As the blades rotate, air is drawn in through the air inlet and the resulting centrifugal airflow is blown out through the front 

nozzle of the cylinder. As the air passes through, hot air is blown out if the heating wire on the heating bracket mounted in-

side the cylinder has been energized to become hot;

If the selector switch has not energized the heating wire to become hot, cold air will be blown. The purpose of the hairdryer 

is to dry and style the hair.

The selector switch on the handle of the hairdryer is generally divided into three gears, namely, off gear, cold air and hot air, 

the indicator lights are white, blue and red. Some hairdryers are also equipped with a motor speed switch on the handle for 

selecting the size of the airflow and the temperature of the hot air.

All types of hairdryers are equipped with a rotatable round air adjustment cover on the back or side of the casing. By rotating

mperature of the hot air.

Some hair dryers are equipped with a thermostat near the heating element, when the temperature exceeds a predetermined te-

mperature, the thermostat will cut off the circuit to play a protective role.

4. Windshield. Some hair dryers have a circular wind guide at the air inlet to adjust the air inlet. For hair dryers without a round 

wind guide, you can use a piece of paper to cover part of the air inlet, which can also regulate the air intake. If the air inlet is smaller, 

the air will be hotter, and if the air inlet is larger, the air will be less hot. It is important to note that the air inlet should not be block-

ed too tightly or the motor will be damaged or the heating element will burn out due to high temperatures.

5. Switch. Ordinary hair dryer switches generally have three positions: "hot air", "cold air" and "very". White means "stop", red means 

"hot air", and blue means "cold air".

Some hairdryers have a heating element consisting of two or three heating wires to regulate the temperature, controlled by a selector 

switch.
